Star Chaser is a fully customisable, brand specific mobile, tablet or PC app. which exists on your device/s. When you complete a transaction ask your customer if they are happy with your service and if they would leave a review. If yes, simply enter their SMS or email address into the app and automatically the process is underway. In around 60 seconds an SMS or email is sent to your customer, it contains a direct link to your Google or other review page. Poor reviews? Not if you are with a happy customer and request the review whilst with them. It is difficult to remove poor reviews, but you can move them down and increase your overall rating by asking satified customers for a current review. To leave a review customers need a Google Account for individual verification, but there are very few of us that don't have one. It could not be easier for your client to tell others about your good work and support your product or service.
